Ensure your promotion is highly visible for maximum impact.
Add a New Promotion
- Click “Properties” from the main menu
- Choose “Promotions” from the sub menu
- Click the + Add Promotion button in the main Promotions page
- Give your promotion a Promotion Title and provide additional details in the Promotion Content box
- If applicable, upload an image or PDF associated with your promotion
- Click the Save Promotion button to finish
Assign a Promotion to a Property
- Click on the title of a promotion
- Navigate to the Promotion Locations tab
- Search for a property by opening the dropdown under the corresponding city
- Select the checkbox next to the property, or choose “Select All” to assign the promotion to all properties in that city
Tip: Images and PDFs are used on your Rentsync website only - they will not syndicate to rental listing sites.
