Change a Property Status

Manage your rental portfolio easily with status updates.

There are three statuses available that allow you to manage your properties visibility on websites and/or Rental Listing Sites. 

The Enabled status means your property will display on your Website (if applicable) and will allow you to syndicate to Rental Listing Sites. 

The Hidden status allows you to see edits you have made to your property on your website but keeps it hidden from the website as a whole, unless you access the property page directly from the URL.

Please note that as long as a property is set to hidden it will be hidden on the Listing Management's Standard Listings page. 

The Disabled status does not allow you to display the property on your website or on rental listing sites. 

 

Change the Status of a Property 

  1. Click “Properties” from the main menu
  2. Click "Property List" in the sub menu
  3. Choose a property from the list
  4. Click on the Publishing section to open the edit options
  5. Use the dropdown under the Status heading to change the status of your property
  6. Click the “Save” button on the bottom right of the page to finish
