Manage your rental portfolio easily with status updates.
There are three statuses available that allow you to manage your properties.
The Enabled status allows you to make edits to your property and display on your website and rental listing sites via Ad Syndication.
The Hidden status allows you to make edits to your property, but keeps it hidden from your website and rental listing sites.
The Disabled status does not allow you to display the property on your website or on rental listing sites.
Change the Status of a Property
- Click “Properties” from the main menu
- Click "Property List" in the sub menu
- Choose a property from the list
- Click on the Publishing section to open the edit options
- Use the dropdown under the Status heading to change the status of your property
- Click the “Save” button on the bottom right of the page to finish
