You may need to update your Company Profile if your company's contact information has changed.
Before you start, ensure you have Administrator access to your Rentsync account.
Make Changes to the Company Profile
- Click on your account profile icon at the top right corner of the Rentsync Platform
- Click “+ Company Settings” under your company info
- Click on "Company Profile" from the sub menu
- Click on a field to open the editor, and update any information that has changed
- Click the "Update Profile" button to save your changes
