Ensure your prospects and residents reach the right people by setting property-level contacts for inquiries and maintenance requests.
Set Property-level Contacts
- Click “Properties” from the main menu
- Click "Properties" from the secondary menu on the left
- Choose a property from the list
- In the Contact Info section to open its editing options
- Enter the appropriate contact email addresses in the Contact Email Address(es) and Maintenance Email Address(es) boxes
- Click the "Save" button in the bottom right to finish
Tip: If you’re adding multiple contact or maintenance email addresses, separate each new email address on a new line in the textbox.
Tip: You should only add emails to the “Maintenance Email Address(es)” field if you manage your website through the Rentsync Platform and take maintenance requests through that website.
