Change Property-level Contact Information
Ensure your prospects and residents reach the right people by setting property-level contacts for inquiries and maintenance requests.
Set Property-level Contacts
- Click “Properties” from the main menu
- Click "Property List" from the sub menu
- Choose a property from the list
- Click on the Contact Info section to open its editing options
- Enter the appropriate contact name, phone number and email addresses in the Contact Email Address and Maintenance Email Address fields
- Click the "Save" button on the bottom right to finish
Please note that the contact name and phone number will display on rental listing sites. It is recommended to only put a contact’s first name or keep the name general such as “Property Manager / Leasing Team” for their privacy.
Tip: You should only add emails to the “Maintenance Email Address(es)” field if you manage your website through the Rentsync Platform and take maintenance requests through Rentsync Maintenance form.
