Change Property-level Contact Information

Ensure your prospects and residents reach the right people by setting property-level contacts for inquiries and maintenance requests.

Set Property-level Contacts

  1. Click “Properties” from the main menu
  2. Click "Property List" from the sub menu
  3. Choose a property from the list
  4. In the Contact Info section to open its editing options
  5. Enter the appropriate contact email addresses in the Contact Email Address(es) and Maintenance Email Address(es) boxes
  6. Click the "Save" button in the bottom right to finish 

Tip: If you’re adding multiple contact or maintenance email addresses, separate each new email address on a new line in the textbox.

Tip: You should only add emails to the “Maintenance Email Address(es)” field if you manage your website through the Rentsync Platform and take maintenance requests through that website.
