All About Posts

Easily manage various types of content on your website with Posts.

Posts are a separate type of content used for Bios, Blogs, Careers, Documents, FAQs, News, and Testimonials. Because these content types each have their own fields and URLs, they are managed in the Posts section rather than the standard Pages section.

Types of posts

  • Bios: Add and manage biographies for team members on your website.
  • Blog: Add and manage blog posts on your website.
  • Careers: Add and manage career postings on your website.
  • Documents: Add and manage documents on your website.
  • FAQs: Add and manage frequently asked questions on your website.
  • News: Add and manage news posts on your website.
  • Testimonials: Add and manage testimonials on your website.

Posts filters

The Posts page gives you a quick overview of all your posts across every type. You can search for a post by name using the search bar, filter by status using the Statuses dropdown (Hidden, Not Published, or Published), or click a post type tag to display only posts of that type. You can also select multiple type tags at once to view posts across several categories in one list.

Add a new post

To add a new post:

  1. Click Websites from the main navigation bar
  2. Click Website List from the sub menu
  3. Click on the card for the website you wish to make changes to
  4. Click Posts from the sub menu under your selected website
  5. Click on the Title of a post type you want to add to (for example, Careers or FAQs)
    1. You can click any post title then use the “type” drop down in the top left to navigate to the specific post type you want to create or edit.
  6. Click the + icon to create a new post
  7. Fill in all available fields and click Save when finished

Note: Using the + Add Post button at the top of the initial Posts page displays Title and Post Content fields regardless of which post type you choose. You will not have access to all the fields for that post type. We recommend navigating directly into the post type section you want to add to, then create your post from there.

Tip: Each post type has its own set of fields. Careers posts, for example, include contact name and contact email fields that determine where form submissions from that post are sent
