Add or Manage Unit-level Floorplans

Share the floorplans associated with each unit or unit type.

Add Floorplans to a Unit

  1. Click "Properties" from the main menu
  2. Click "Property List" from the sub menu
  3. Select a property from the list 
  4. Click "Units" in the navigation bar on the left, under the property you chose
  5. Select the unit you want to edit from the main list
  6. Click on "Unit Media" in the sub menu for that specific unit, in the navigation bar on the left
  7. Select the Floorplans section to open its editing options
  8. Click the “Add Floorplan" button or the grey box in the Floorplans panel to upload your floorplans
  9. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right to finish

Tip: Not all Rental Listing sites accept PDF files so it is recommended to use an image file (PNG or JPEG) to ensure that all RLS will display the Floorplans.
