View Your Billing Reports
Use the Billing Reports in the Rentsync Platform to review charges that you see on your monthly invoices.
View Your Billing Reports
- Click on your account profile icon in the top right of the Rentsync Platform
- Click "+ Accounting" under your company info
- Select "Billing" from the sub menu
Tip: Use the date picker titled “Billing Month” to view the Billing Report for a particular month
Note: There are three tabs at the top of the page to view your bill in different ways
- "All Services": a cost break down by service (i.e. call tracking, infinity bundle, Rentsync fees)
- "Cost By Property": a breakdown of each properties cost throughout the month
- "Applied Credits": a summary of any credits for the month if applicable
