Set a fixed, official address for locating your properties with Primary Addresses.
Rentsync uses the Google API to validate addresses. When choosing a Primary Address, it must be a legitimate address recognized in Google Places, and include a street number and name.
Verify a Primary Address on an Existing Property
- Click "Properties" from the main menu
- Click "Property List" from the sub menu
- Choose a property from the list
- Click on the Location setting to open the edit options
- Click the green Verify link next to the suggested Primary Address to approve it
- If the suggested Primary Address is incorrect, click on the red trash can icon to remove the suggestion and select a new Primary Address
- Click "Verify" to finish
Verify a Primary Address on a New Property
- Click "Properties" from the main menu
- Click "Property List" from the sub menu
- Click the "+Add Property" button at the top-right of the main property list page
- At the Location step, under the Primary Address field, begin typing your Primary Address
- Select the correct corresponding address from the dropdown
- Click "Save" or "Verify" to finish
If you cannot find your property address, please check off "I can't find the property address." Rentsync will use your Display Address in the meantime, and you can add the Primary Address at a later date.
Tip: Once you have verified a Primary Address, you cannot do so again within the Rentsync Platform. Please contact support@rentsync.com to request a change.
