Remove a User

Use these instructions to remove a user's access to your Rentsync account. Only Administrators can remove users from your account.

Remove a User (Option 1)

  1. Click on your account profile icon at the top right corner of the Rentsync Platform
  2. Click on "+ User Management" under your company info
  3. Click on the "Users" option, under User Management
  4. Select the user you want to remove from the main user list
  5. Select the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page

Remove a User (Option 2)

  1. Click on your account profile icon at the top right corner of the Rentsync Platform
  2. Click on "+ User Management" under your company info
  3. Click on the "User Groups" option, under User Management
  4. Select the name of the User Group the user you want to remove is assigned to
  5. Switch over to the 'Group Users' column to the left and deselect the user you want to remove
  6. Click the Save button
  7. Repeat the previous step until the user has been removed from all User Groups

Remove a User (Option 3)

  1. Click on your account profile icon at the top right corner of the Rentsync Platform
  2. Click on "+ User Management" under your company info
  3. Click on the "Users" option, under User Management
  4. Select the user you want to remove from the main user list
  5. Deselect all User Groups the user is assigned to
  6. Select the "Save" button
