Create a Promotion

Ensure your promotion is highly visible for maximum impact.

Add a New Promotion

  1. Click “Properties” from the main menu
  2. Choose “Promotions” from the sub menu
  3. Click the + Add Promotion button in the main Promotions page
  4. In the details field, give your promotion a Promotion Title and provide additional details in the Promotion Content box. 
  5. If applicable, upload an image or PDF associated with your promotion
  6. Add a start date and an end date for the promotion
    1. Adding a future date will start the promotion on the selected date and will appear as a scheduled promotion
  7. In the Category field, select the promotion category from the drop down menu and complete additional fields 
  8. Click on “Save Details” in the bottom right
  9. The Locations field will appear below Category. You must select the location(s) of where you would like the promotion to be displayed
  10. Click the “Save Promotion Properties” button to finish

 

Promotion Media 

  1. Images will display on select websites and Rental Listing Sites 
  2. PDFs will only display on websites that have the built in functionality - they will not syndicate to rental listing sites

 

Promotion Categories

add a promotion categories that users can filter by on the rental listing sites

  1. Free Rent: Any promotion that offers free rent by the month. Example: 3 months free rent on a 12 month lease
  2. Rent Discount (%): Any promotion that offers a set amount rent discount by the month. Example: $500 off for 2 months on a 12 month lease.
  3. Rent Discount (Amount): Any promotion that offers a set amount rent discount by the month. Example: $500 off for 2 months on a 12 month lease.
  4. Free Parking: Any promotion that offers free parking. Example: 3 months free parking on a 12 month lease.
  5. Free Storage: Any promotion that offers free storage. Example: 12 months free storage on a 12 month lease.
  6. Gift: Any promotion that offers a one-time gift. Example: $50 gift card when you sign a lease.
  7. Service Discount (%): Any promotion that offers a percentage off discount on any services that go beyond parking or storage (e.g. free internet, phone, cable, etc.). Example: 20% off laundry for 12 months on a 12 month lease.
  8. Service Discount (Amount): Any promotion that offers a set amount discount on any services that go beyond parking or storage (e.g. free internet, phone, cable, etc.). Example: $50 off cable for 1 month on a 12 month lease.
  9. Other Promotion: - Any promotion that does not fit the other categories.
