      Create a Promotion

      Ensure your promotion is highly visible for maximum impact.

      Add a New Promotion

      1. Click “Properties” from the main menu
      2. Choose “Promotions” from the sub menu
      3. Click the “+ Add Promotion” button in the main Promotions page
      4. Give your promotion a Promotion Title
      5. Select a Promotion Category (see section below) from the drop down menu and fill out any additional fields that populate once the category is selected 
      6. If applicable, upload an image or PDF associated with your promotion 
      7. Select the promotion start and end date
        1. If no end date is selected, the promotion will continue indefinitely
      8. If applicable, add in Promotion Content which can include any terms and conditions of the promotion.

      New Feature: add a promotion categories that prospects can use to filter by on the rental listing sites

      1. Free Rent: Any promotion that offers free rent by the month. Example: 3 months free rent on a 12 month lease
      2. Rent Discount (%): Any promotion that offers a set amount rent discount by the month. Example: $500 off for 2 months on a 12 month lease.
      3. Rent Discount (Amount): Any promotion that offers a set amount rent discount by the month. Example: $500 off for 2 months on a 12 month lease.
      4. Free Parking: Any promotion that offers free parking. Example: 3 months free parking on a 12 month lease.
      5. Free Storage: Any promotion that offers free storage. Example: 12 months free storage on a 12 month lease.
      6. Gift: Any promotion that offers a one-time gift. Example: $50 gift card when you sign a lease.
      7. Service Discount (%): Any promotion that offers a percentage off discount on any services that go beyond parking or storage (e.g. free internet, phone, cable, etc.). Example: 20% off laundry for 12 months on a 12 month lease.
      8. Service Discount (Amount): Any promotion that offers a set amount discount on any services that go beyond parking or storage (e.g. free internet, phone, cable, etc.). Example: $50 off cable for 1 month on a 12 month lease.
      9. Other Promotion: - Any promotion that does not fit the other categories.

      Assign a Promotion to a Property

      1. Navigate to the Promotion Locations tab 
      2. Search for a property by opening the dropdown under the corresponding city 
      3. Select the checkbox next to the property, or choose “Select All” to assign the promotion to all properties in that city

      Save the Promotion

      1. Once all of the above is complete, click the “Save Promotion” button to finish

      Promotion Media 

      1. Images will display on select websites and Rental Listing Sites 
      2. PDFs will only display on websites that have the built in functionality - they will not syndicate to rental listing sites
