Change Your Name in Rentsync

Your name in Rentsync appears in the platform wherever your account is referenced: including tour bookings and the user management tab. You can update your first and last name at any time from your account profile.

Update Your Name

1. Click your avatar or initials in the top-right corner of the Rentsync dashboard to open the account menu
2. Click "My Profile" from the dropdown menu
3. In the Account Settings dialog, locate the First Name and Last Name fields
4. Clear the existing text and enter your updated first and/or last name
5. Click the "Save" button to apply the changes

Note: A password prompt will appear when updating your display name. This change is restricted to the user only and cannot be performed by an administrator or another user.

Please note that your name change will be reflected immediately across the platform.
