All About Call Tracking
A call tracking number overrides the number inputted at the property level for tracking purposes.
This feature is available on all properties on your Rentsync account.
Rentsync Call Tracking
Rentsync offers call tracking services for Infinity Network clients as part of their package or for an extra fee for clients advertising on individual rental listing sites. This allows you to keep track of the amount of calls that you receive to your individual properties.
Note: For clients with Rentsync call tracking, each call will count as a lead that is specifically denoted as a call in the reports.
Caution: Call Tracking needs to be enabled on a property by property basis and requires the help of support to enable for already existing properties.
Non Rentsync Call Tracking
If you have a non-Rentsync provided call tracking number you can manually add the tracking number under custom tracking at the property level.
Note: these calls will not be tracked in the reports nor will there be a log of the calls in Rentsync.
